Step 3: Wait for confirmation that the date you are requesting is available. Once you receive confirmation, you may make your payment by visiting City Hall or by calling 928.763.9400.
You must book a room with at least 2 weeks notice! We do not make reservations for anything under than 2 weeks. We will need to receive both the application package and your payment within this time frame for the reservation to be accepted.
